Previous positive experiences, always. I am a longtime Pandora customer. All the sales staff is fantastic. The manager, Sueli Lopes is an awesome manager and very friendly person. She always makes sure she advises me of all the new merchandise and sales. She is just SUPER!! Also, my salesperson today was Merna and she is awesome too. All Pandora stores need more managers like Sueli and employees like Merna!!!!

I was looking for a particular charm - the Thanksgiving turkey one. The store did not have it but they located it at another store nearby. Very nice staff who tried very hard to help me.
