I love the product. I was also offered a free cleaning while I shopped. Dropped my brackets off, ran some errands and returned to sparkling bracelets. My friend and I commented on the associate's tool to open the clasp and she showed us the cleaning kit available. We both got one and I'll return to purchase another 2 for each of my daughter's that I regularly buy bracelets and charms for. LOVE IT!
