The sales associate went out of way to show me everything that I ask her about.She also recommended several charms that I was not even aware that Pandora had.It was my first time in the store I had always wanted a Pandora bracelet and everyone there was super nice and helpful with my first purchase of a Pandora bracelet and charms.

The service I received was exceptional. Stacey the sales clerk as well as Sueli, the manager were gracious and helpful as I selected my first ever charm. I also wanted to alert my son to another charm I wanted they took all my information and told me he would be shown my selections.

The store always seems to lack product in stock and the associates are not as helpful in making suggestions. If you don’t know you better figure it out because they don’t care to help you or make the sale.

I visited the hanes mall store the associate was not very knowledgeable but was really sweet. The rest of the staff were not welcoming or friendly.

I had a small issue initially because the representative gave wrong information after I had already called and spoke with the manager earlier in the day.
