the associate didnt know the price of a sale item and didnt know where to locate the item i wanted in a timely matter.

There was nothing special about my experience during this visit. My sales person did not know what was in stock for the items that I was asking for and another sales person had to let her know that it was in stock. Also, I changed my mind about one charm and not sure if she wanted me to get something else but she wanted to know why I picked the other charm.

I really enjoyed my pandora experience because i felt as if i was getting everything i needed help with. the salespeople were very patient and helpful with everything that I needed.

I was highly satisfied with some things.

I wasn't highly satisfied because I was looking for a particular charm for my daughter birthday and it was out of stock. I was able to purchase another charm I hope she will like.

I was hoping to catch some sales. I would love to see a collection of discontinued merchandise.

The store didn’t have a lot of options

The sales person wasnt very nice, but at the end we wanted the charm so we had to deal with it.
