The store were extremely busy and the sales rep were assisting other customers while helping me. I FELT LIKE I DIDN'T HAD HER ATTENTION.

Saw sales advertisement on pandora website. Personnel not aware of sale and I didn’t have good service inside the Mall. Regardless I spent over $200. I wish you ran in store specials more often. Charms are very pretty but I find them over priced.

One associate was not Pandora quality and I got her. However, the other associate was assisting another customer and listening to my conversation and solved my problem without me even asking. Every place has employees who are there for a paycheck and not to do a great job or to make the customers have a wonderful experience.

The experience was fine. I just didn’t think the salesperson was as knowledgeable about the charms available in the store. I was looking for pink charms and she was unable to find any. I found two but wasn’t what I was looking for

The sales associates had for lack of a better word, a 'blah' attitude. She behaved as if it did not matter to her whether we were there or not.

store clean and well lit. staff friendly, item i was looking for was in stock. sales person also informed me of sales and which items were about to be discontinued. she also informed me of new items that will be coming out soon. great customer service
