The store is too small, especially during busy peak times (Christmas). Some displays were too tall for me to see (I'm 5'4"). My husband had to point some things out, because I couldn't see them without standing back. Pandora is a good brand, but the store makes it look cheap. We first got involved with Pandora when it was sold at Windsor Jewelers in Winston-Salem, NC. I understand there was a push to sale so much a month, which put a distaste in my mouth. I really don't know if I'll be back. I miss the luxury store. I miss the ease of getting around, not feeling rushed or pushed. The sales associates seem as if it's a job and not an interested jewelry sales person. Pandora's gone down hill.

The clerk had on her coat. The charm I wanted was not available and was not offered to get or order. My experience previously was outstanding this was OK.

During the holiday season I feel the store should be better equipped to handle the anticipated holiday rush.

The staff is not very friendly, even the manager who I have dealt with several times. They just don't have very good customer service skills.

I was highly satisfied because I received an email notice regarding the 40% off special. I was able to get a charm for very reasonable price for my friends birthday.

Had to wait for nearly 30 mins before being serviced. Wasn't greeted immediately.

I was looking for a charm for my wifes bracelet that related to her 60th birthday, you had some for the earlier years but nothing for the latter years. Disappointed, to say the least.
