Lack of merchandise Not a lot of sale items

I felt like a criminal. The Sales Associate would not let me pick up the merchandise. She keep the items back behind the counter. She acted if I came in there to steal the product. If the North Lake location wasn’t 1 and 30 minutes away. I wouldn’t be doing a survey. There always friendly and welcoming staff.

I felt as tho the sales associate didn’t take me serious when I was looking to buy a bracelet and charms.she was rude and didn’t seem as though she wanted to help me.

ISSUE #1: I was specifically looking for the Regal pattern Locket pendant when I arrived. This store did not have any, but I did choose another necklace that I also wanted instead. ISSUE #2: I was shopping with a friend and we had to ask about specials offered based on amt spent. ISSUE #3: because the store was overflowing with customers, and sales associate scanned my necklace as well as the one that I wanted to but but didn't have3

We were wanting to purchase 3 other items but they did not have any size we needed.

I was returning a ring I bought in another pandora store. Even though i had my receipt, they refused to give me a refund. And the associate and the manager acted like I was a criminal or something because I wanted to return a ring. Very unfriendly, and acted as though it was a problem.

I was a little disappointed that the sale with the free bracelet ended before Mother’s Day

I was disappointed that I could no longer see the full selection of charms in the display cases. The charms are always more beautiful in person and I would also be able to see charms I had forgotten about. I had to rely on the associate to remember and find what I might like.
