I had a few pieces on hold and when I came back, they remembered me and the items. I was able to check out quickly without any issues and the one charm they didn’t have in stock they were able to order and would have it available the next day to pick up!

I was greeted in a timely manner. I was asked what I was looking for. I had choices for the item I was looking to purchase

Items that were in the catalog were available in store on the date it was said to be released. The details in the charms are so beautiful and much more visible than the older styles of charms from years ago.

I went in to buy a bracelet for my mom for her birthday, y'all were out on some of the charms I wanted but I did find some other ones. The associates were so friendly and knowledgable, patient too!!

I came in looking for certain charms and y’all did have them in stock! They were the new ones for summer, I really thought they were gonna be sold out but no!

It was such a great experience for me. They were so friendly and they all made me feel welcomed. Ana and Hali were such angels will definitely come back again !!

The staff and mangers welcome us with open arms. My experience with pandora was great. My daughter Denise is the one who helped me and I told her some things and she went straight to the point, they also offered the pandora credit card as well.

It was Mothers Day and the line was long. The associate gave out books then asked if anyone was looking for a particular item and then she can advise if that item was there or if it was something that she could get. In my case looked at the book and knew what I wanted and she asked me to wait by the door and she will get it for me. It was simple, I made my purchase had my pleasantries and left. Really great experience and not long and drawn out considering the line.
