I felt like for the $72 for a charm the box should definitely not be a foldable thin white box. I bought the shell and starfish charm.... if you’re going to put color on the starfish make it bold enough color to see... very muted color. I visited your store to purchase a birthday present for my sister... she was happy so that’s what mattered. I felt like a got very little and not very pretty for my money. I went with the intention of buying her the “50” for her 50th birthday but that charm was even more plain. Y’all have got it made... selling very little for a huge price. You could do so much better. You asked for my opinion. Have a good day.

The sales associate didn’t know where anything was in the store. Her nails were so long that she couldn’t even help me with bracelet. She told me that watching me trying to put it on myself was really bothering her.

Sales people seemed bothered by the fact that there were customers in the store. My coupon code from Thursday was saying invalid. I was told that I had to use y coupon on my next purchase And they were acting clueless about my birthday coupon, Pandora emailed to me for my birthday last week

I purchased a Pandora charm on vacation in Nashville, TN, unknowingly my husband purchased the same charm as a souvenir of our trip. We live 350 miles from Nashville, therefore could not return charm at that store. I went to my local store in Winston-Salem within the time allotted to return, with receipt and they informed me I could not return but only exchange. I did not want to purchase a different charm. Both stores were Pandora stores, not a store within a store. I have numerous Pandora items, love the merchandise but do not like the return policy. Any Pandora item should be able to be returned to any Pandora store. I work at a store within a store and my boss' policy is to always make the customer happy. I left a very dissatisfied customer.

Had to wait 45 for service. The item i was looking for was not available and the salesperson tried to rush me off without helping. Salesperson was not willing to help find a charm.

I asked about the mini Disney charms and the employee said oh they're for necklaces. She didn't bring them out for me to see. My husband was prepared to buy me whatever Pandora I wanted but after her snide remark I didn't want ANYTHING in this store. He bought my daughter a charm he had his heart set on getting her. But I wasn't interested in her services after that. Hopefully she doesn't treat everyone like that.

The sale associate was not the friendliest and she made me feel rushed. I have been going to that store for years and had the best service but today was not pleased with the girl

Poor customer service. I am a store manager at this mall and no one greeted me, two people were assisted before me and Elissa, I think her name is, just looked at me several times without saying a word. I make sure all my associates acknowledge everyone and at Least greet them and make them aware that they are noticed and valued as a customer. I did not feel any positive energy from any of the girls. When I was finally helped (by another lady) I told her what happened and she just ignored it completely. I needed to just get a new band for my bracelet and possibly look at some new charms. I used to love this store when Lucie was the store manager.

The older white lady with short hair was so rude at the friendly center store in Greensboro NC and she is always rude. Ridiculous and something needs to be done with her. Wouldn’t even help me with my exchange bc the earrings were broken and I had to go to another store to get it resolved
