2 associates working one helping 3 ladies who were only looking thru the sale book and another greeted the customers after me and started helping them. I had I to ask for help after the 3 lady left. I was not told the items I was looking at were final sale. I’m used to Pandora promotions and thought they like the previous promtions.

Ms Sueli is always helpful and her smile lights up the store. My visited to the store is always wonderful. Ms Sueli makes some of the best decisions for my purchase. I'm glad is at this Pandora store. Don't leave. Thank you Mrs Cloud.

I arrived at the store and to begin with I wasn't greeted. I was waiting on a "be with you in a minute" or a "take a look around and we will assist you". I received nothing at all and I was disasstisfied with my visit. It was only a couple and 1 other in the store but as a employee all it would have took was some eye contact or just a greeting from the employees.

The store was packed I signed in and had maybe 3 in front of me! I waited over an hour never heard my name called so I checked the list and saw that my name was marked through I asked why was told I did not answer! I said I never heard my name called but they did not care! I asked if I had to sign in again and was told yes they could not help me so I signed in again and Waited another hour! It would have been longer but the lady next to me let me go when her name was called! The sales people were very rude and not at all organized and you could tell they did not care!

I came within the first day or so of the ornament promotion and they were already out. I collect them every year and NEVER do they sell out that early! There was no offer of another store or headquarters mailing me one. I also wanted 2 additional charms, but the store was out, again no offer to call another store to see if they had them.

The staff was not friendly at all. The manager was horrible to deal with and talk to. It took 45 minutes just to get help. I hate the store and I will never go back.

I experienced rude customer service, at both pandora locations. The first location I visited was 45 minutes from where I live and asked the sales associate to call another Pandora he refused and told me I could call myself, didn’t even give me the phone number told me I could google it which I thought was very unprofessional. The second location, they already had 2 customers who were speaking to the manager for another issue, when I was already at the register the manager completely dismissed me and rang up another customer, then after purchasing my ring they ended up giving me the wrong size.
