Even though it was Mother’s Day we were helped in a timely manner. The sales associate was very nice & knowledgeable about the items I requested

The service and knowledge of merchandise of sales associate was excellent. I lost my previous bracelet and the lady was very helpful with comparing my last receipt which I saved and it helped us both me with my purchase of new one. I only regret that I missed the May sale because they ran out of bangles which is the birthstone of my recently deceased son. The lady was nice enough to check and make sure and I really appreciate that.

On my visit to Pandora the sales associate welcome us with a bright smile. All of the associates were very nice and attentive to all the customers in the store. The associate who was assisting me was very kind and patient as I went back and forth trying to find the right gift for Mothers Day. I also had my younger siblings with me to help pick out our gift and they were both wanting to pick different items. The sales clerk never left our side and even pulled out items each of them wanted to see. The energy was very polite and I had a great customer visit. Thanks to all the wonderful ladies at the Pandora store in hanes mall !

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the Assosicate Karla was very kind and help. She knew all about the different bracelets and charms and helped me chose what was best for me . Also she took her time and made me feel like there was no rush she was there for whatever I asked her about .

The sales associate Camila was very helpful and patient as this was my very first visit and purchase at Pandora. She made great suggestions for my Nana’s 80th birthday and showed me what was available. She also encouraged me to look online for my own Pandora bracelet recently purchased by husband because I don’t yet have any charms. I also received my Military discount for being Active Duty Army.

The sales associate (Karla)was very courteous and knowledgeable about the items that I was interested in purchasing. The manger at the location is always very pleasant. I love shopping at this store!
