I was high satisfied with my visited to the Hanes Mall store because the customer service was very good and the sales associate's really knows the Pandora Jewelry.

Jackci did a great job helping me with what I wanted, she helped me find the charms I needed it and it didn't take long.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase the sales associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for I had an idea in my head and she bought it to life !

I was able to use the promotion going on in store about b2g1 free, I also was able to pre order some of the new charms that came out for the spring collection

The manager and the sales associates made me feel welcome the entire time I was there I didn’t folk pressure Also I didn’t feel I was in a rush. The girls knew The history of Pandora charms and of the collections. They offered me the Pandora credit card application, the customer service was great, I would be going back soon.

I had came to the store a few days prior to buy the new spring charms that just released. I was able to put some on hold till one of new ones arrived but it didn’t. So i just went ahead and bought the other ones I had on hold.

When coming to this store I always receive immediate assistance. Everyone is always nice patient and courteous with my daughter. Most of the time the store has what we’re looking for.
