They were very patient with my daughter. They checked every container for the bracelet my daughter wanted. They showed me a charm that would represent my angel baby.

Everything went well, however, I did not like paying the high price for this charm. I started collecting when the Disney 100 charms began at $150.00. Then all of a sudden the prices for each charm began increasing. Now this eighth charm was $250. I would never have started if I knew that many would be over $200.

I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet but due to financial reasons I was never able to purchase. My Boyfriend bought me one with the sparkly heart clasp and the knot charm with my birthstone. I love it. I wear it every day. I took it into the local store for a free cleaning and to ask some questions. While I was there, I purchased the key to open. I still struggle to get it on and sometimes to open it, but I just need to get used to it. It would be helpful if you had one of those jewelry hooks to hold the bracelet still while using the other hand to clasp. That would make the process much easier.

The sales associate showed us the charms I was interested in. She put them on my bracelet and cleaned my bracelet before we left. She also gave us a new white bag for storage.

Mayelin was amazing. She answered all of our questions and came up with suggestions for ring styles. She took a look at my finger and knew exactly what my size was. Although I didn’t purchase a ring I will definitely return to purchase from her. She also suggested the best way to clean Pandora jewelry which lead to my purchase.

I walked in to the store to clean my previous Pandora charm bracelet and was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. I began to look around and purchased more fine Pandora products. Great experience there!
