I came to Pandora for the first time looking for the perfect gift for my granddaughter. The store associate was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the products!! I was very happy when I left the store with a gift I know my granddaughter will love!!

I told the sales rep what I was looking for and she immediately produced a tray with several beautiful selections. There was no wait time and the transaction was quickly completed which was much appreciated. I love my charms and my daughter loves hers.

The sales associate made a mistake ringing up my sale. She noticed it after I signed the receipt and broght it to the managers attention to be fixed right away. She could have made a sale higher than the actual purchase should have been but she was very honest about the mistake.
