I went in because the clasp on my bracelet wasn’t closing correctly. The associate diagnosed the issues and damaged out my original bracelet for a new one. Placed all my charms in my particular order and placed it back on my wrist. It was effortless on my part. They made it very easy.

The manager that waited on us was knowledgeable and helpful. She let me try on both sizes of bracelets. She offered for me to wear the bracelet out of the store or to gift box it.
