The store was very clean. The atmosphere was cool and calm. Everyone was nice and polite.

She showed me everything I wanted to see. when I asked for questions she knew how to answer. when I showed her a picture about the charms I wanted she showed me them right away.

I came in with my boyfriend for an exchange of ring size and to buy clips for my bracelet. Maria explained that I had bought the wrong clips for my bracelet that a previous worker told me to buy, she showed me which ones were the correct ones for my bracelet. I also had a couple charms that were stuck due to having the wrong clips and she replaced one of them as well as the bracelet. She apologized numerous times. Maria was friendly and really helpful. Left the store really happy, she made my day!

The sales associate was very helpful and patient. She understood what I was looking for and gave me more than enough examples which was very helpful. It was easy for her to find everything I was looking for. Everything seemed very organized.
