Mason (I think that was his name) was EXTREMELY helpful and proactive. He called at least 5 other stores looking for a replacement gift set because I needed a larger bracelet. He did EVERYTHING he could. He even tried to help me find something else in the store that would be comparable. We ended up opting for a girt card. But the sales associate was AMAZING!!!!

Went in to Pandora to see if I could get my bracelet exchanged for a smaller size since when I ordered it online I got it to big . She helped us with no problem and even told us about a sale they had going on . We ended up leaving the story very satisfied and with a new charm and ring as well !

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and he was very attentive and very nice and it did help that he was cute as well.

i was satisfied with the whole store effect, the sales clerk was very nice and very helpful. there could have been more choices in my size, but other than that. It was an overall good experience for me. I will be going back to this location, for more merchandise.
