Went in with interest in Harry Potter charms. Melissa was very knowledgeable on the product and also the bands. She helped me pick a bracelet and showed me a lot of options on charms.

The cashier actually remembered me. But I do not know if that was a good or bad thing, I have always had good experiences at this store looking for what I wanted, or more than I wanted

Michelle did a great job of helping me with my purchases. She has a great skill with customer service and that is something that you do not run into a lot any more. So her taking the time to help me out was greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share this with her.

I was shopping for a Christmas gift for a friend. The plan was to purchase a charm for her bracelet. The sales associate asked questions to pinpoint interests of my friend. She also showed me some possibilities, asked if I would like to view on the case top. Julia was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the charms. An additional staff person stopped to speak and was also very friendly.

I was unsure as to what I needed to purchase when I walked in. With in my time in the store I was greeted with friendly associates and was helped the second there was availability. I left the store a happy customer with certainty I know I walked out with exactly what I needed.
