I love when my man and I come into the store and get greeted by everyone. This last visit was was to get my birthday charm.. They were like ok. They took a look at my charm bracelet and go I see you like the dangles. So she mostly showed dangles and we couldn't make our minds up so I go 2.. 1 for my birthday and the other was for our anniversary which was the next day.. Then she was like let me take a photocopy of your bracelet and get that cleaned for you. It's always a great experience!!

The customer service representative that helped me was very polite. We really enjoyed our time well in the store . I was a little indecisive and Mason made sure that he was very patient with me .

Abeni as well as all the other associates were very helpful. We didnt know what we were looking for, and they took the time to give us many options. We were very satisfied with our decision because of them.

Alondra was very helpful as she knew right where things were, made suggestions as far as the size of bracelet we got. She was very friendly and smiled the whole time even though we kept going back and forth with what we wanted to get our daughter for her 18th birthday.

The associate (Holly) and the assistant manager both made the exhlchange of a broken charm very easy with no problem at all. They were personable, as we chatted during the process and definitely knew their product.

Young girl was so helpful.had a lot of fun with her bought a bunch so braclets. She should get a raise she is awesome!

I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and eagerness of the employees. It was an awesome experience.
