The associates at Pandora were welcoming and very friendly. They were eager to work with us and find what we were looking for. It is always nice when you go into a store and they are eager and excited to work with you. The associate that worked with us was TOP NOTCH!

When I entered the store everything is so very clean and well organized. I had no problem finding what I was looking for.

I arrived in the store and began working with an associate. I told her after a few minutes that my husband would be joining me soon and she gave me some space. When he arrived, she was assisting another customer. My husband recognized another associate and began working with her. We all realized how awkward it could have been since we wanted to be loyal to our respective sales associates. The ladies worked as a team to find the perfect pieces for our purchases. The store manager also introduced himself before we left the building. It was overall a very pleasant experience!

The associate offered assistance and let me browse the store. Then when I asked for help she was right there and knew the product and also showed me a few more items I wasn’t aware of. She also helped me get the right ring size. I was really pleased with the experience and loved the ring I bought.
