The staff was very helpful. My wife was given a bracelet at Christmas with one charm. Since I ordered one on line and for Valentine's I decided to go into the store to purchase another charm. I was very impressed with the amount of charms in stock. I plan to bring my wife in soon.

I went to the Cherry Valley, IL. Store again for a gift for my wife. Chris has helped me on several occasions and is awesome!

I arrived at the store and was greeted within a short time. I explained what I was looking for and was shown a selection. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me make my transaction quickly and helped me choose my next purchase👍👏😊

The salesperson was very willing to help find the charms I was looking for. In addition to finding the charms I was looking for, the salesperson showed additional charms that would be of interest to me. Very happy with the charms I purchased. Overall experience was great.
