My husband bought me my Pandora bracelet a couple of yrs ago and he's been adding charms since.. when we were talking about to get for my Daughter, Grand-daughter & Daughter-in-law for Christmas, it was his suggestion that we get 3 different Pandora bracelets and a charm for each one. Our sales clerk helped us with the purchases AND we got 3 Free Bangles to give to each of the girls also.

Mason at the Cherryvale Mall, Rockford, IL store assisted me with my Christmas purchase. Mason listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to buy. Mason was very helpful in recommended different charm bracelets. Mason is a good sales person. He explained the benefits of additional merchandise that I ultimately purchased. My daughter and I explained what type of charms we wanted to buy as starters for the bracelet and he quickly identified some really good options. We ended up purchasing two charms also. Mason is very personable, friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my overall experience, especially since this was my first time in a Pandora store. I will definitely shop there more often because of this experience.

They are always nice and super helpful when I go in there. Even if there is a long line of people they it always seems to move very fast. they also are always polite even if you don't know what you're getting yet.
