Well, this was the second time I've ever visited a Pandora store, and the first time I've purchased. The experience, this time, was to fulfill the desire of my older sister. She recently purchased a bracelet, and, of course, demanded new charms. The overall process was very easy, provided the small selection of Rose Gold charms. This made it possible for me to spend little time in the store, that has not one selection for MEN. I would be upset about this provided my love for things that sparkle, or in a more masculine term "flash," but, that's a sad loss for us both.

The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. She spent time with me and explained the items I was looking at and helped me make a decision that I am thoroughly pleased with.

Megan M. and the gentleman who assisted with my purchase were very friendly and attentive. Both were willing to adjust my bracelet with my selections so I could both visualize and try the pieces on.

We went in to get the bracelet clean. I noticed a malfunction with the bracelet when looking at it, and Rosa gladly helped us to exchange it since it had a 1 year warranty. She also educated us on how to clean the bracelet by ourselves! We also purchased a care kit she had showed us after! She was very kind and knowledgeable about our situation!

Chris was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to show us many different items and did not make us feel rushed. He was extremely courteous. He had wonderful customer care and a genuine concern for our needs. He offered his opinion when we asked him. Chris was amazing!

I had visited the store during the weekend and talked to a sales associate about an item I had been searching for through the online store, Mall of America store and also the CherryVale store that had not been available. As I was talking to the sales associate and asked about the item (earrings) we actually found them and she offered to hold them for me so I could come back with my $10 birthday savings certificate as I am a Pandora card holder to purchase. So, I was pleased they were available and that the sales associate was helpful in finding them and in holding them. Thank you.
