I came in to get my rings cleaned and ask why some of the jewels in one of my rings were falling out. After talking with 2 sales associates, they gave me some options and were very helpful in resolving my issues. They spent time going through new rings and helping me make a decision. My problems were solved and I left the store happy.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because as soon as I walked in the doors the sales associate named Gabriela came right up to me asking if I needed any assistance. She found where the ring was located very quickly and let me try on a smaller size and gave me a few tips. I had a few questions about cleaning a bracelet, not from Pandora and she cleaned it up for me and directed me to a cleaning kit which I also bought. She was very helpful and kind throughout the visit.
