After 1 1/2 hour drive and needing to quickly pick up merchandise I had researched online, Rosa met my glance as I entered the store. With a great big smile, she understood my need to get to a scheduled meeting. While I reviewed the silver and rose bolos, she explained how to use them. While I considered the gold one also (I bought all 3) the store manager began wrapping this up, adding information and a catalog. WOW! In 20 minutes flat, I left with such a warm feeling after such friendly, courteous service. It's in my plans to return in several months and I'll go back!

The staff at this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel pushed to purchase extra item. Nolan is the absolute best. The true meaning of going above and beyond. Very excited about our purchase and look forward to a return visit.

Rosa went above and beyond by saving a highly desirable charm for us for one hour when we called in. We were so worried it would be sold by the time we got there and she put our mind at rest!

Pandora is one of the most awesome stores for ladies now. Pandora Jewrly makes me feel so complete when i put it on. I love when i see new items come out it makes me rush out to buy it right away.
