The item I wanted to purchase was not in the ring case in my size. The associate took his time to locate the ring in another place.He remembered the band I wanted from a previous trip to Pandora. I felt extremely important from the customer service I received.

Customer service was great, knowledgeable and helped me pick out what I wanted and made great color choices. I would have liked some charms on sale they directed me to online shop!

I think the sales associate was very helpful. She was very polite and thoughtful in the selection of our purchase. The store was busy, so walking around was not too easy.
