The representative was very helpful and welcoming. My bracelet clasp broke and she replaced it with no problem. I’m satisfied with the service, but sad that my bracelet broke and 2 of my charms fell off and were lost.

The sales associate was most friendly considerate. We went in for an exchange and I found myself shopping for birthday and Christmas! She offered to wrap everything I'll be back soon.
