The customer service associate was very helpful! When I couldn't find the earrings I saw online, she looked in additional places to find exactly what I needed. With the holidays coming up, I am so thankful that the associate took the extra time to help me find what I was looking for.

The computer system went down when we were there but the rep took my phone number to call me she did very prompt but I did order my bracket off line and was very displeased with the service I was told it would be here on Nov 23 rd but thank said it wouldn’t be here till Nov 25 I was very displeased with that because it was for a gift on the Nov 23 rd and I was embarrassed to tell them the order didn’t come in so I don’t think I would order off the interact any more I will go to the store
