The salesperson took the time to go through each item i wanted. They made sure i left there with a good choice. The item itself was a ring and because of that interaction im engaged.

The store was clean and the displays were full. The lady helping was polite and she went out of her way to make sure i was please with my purchase.

Very impress with store and the service! I normally like to order on line but was unable to, nothing to do with store. What I did find is that store has lot more items then online. I know I will go back when I have more time. Great job in that store!

The Pandora associate was knowledgeable about the different type of charms, spacers and other things that went with my bracelet. She explained to me in detail how to decorate my bracelet to my liking.

The sales associate, Jacob, was very helpful and patient in assisting me to pick out a bracelet with a fastener that would be easy for me to use. As an older person, that was very important to me in choosing the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable about which one would work best for me. He also removed my chain guard from another Pandora bracelet and put it on the new one and switched all my charms from my older bracelet to my new one. He was very personable and kind! I appreciated his professionalism and patience!

Gi Gi was very friendly, professional, helpful, and I appreciated that she put different charms on my bracelet so I could see how they look before buying.

I visited the store a few minutes before closing. Although they were preparing to close, the team lead ( a man) was very friendly, helpful, took his time, and provided great customer service.
