We walked in trying to find bands for my engagement ring, which was a bust due to my ring being a weird shape. No ones blame! Jacob helped my fiancée and I build my new wedding ring in under 30 minutes. He wasn’t pushing for the sale and was genuinely trying to satisfy. He pulled about 15 rings out for me. He was welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and quick! Definitely will be returning my service to him!
