I always enjoy visiting the Pandora Jewelry store in Greenwood, Indiana. I have always received excellent customer service, the employees are very knowledgeable, and they employees are friendly and courteous at this location. This what makes me visit this particular location again for future purchases.

Lindsey F was the salesperson who helped me. She was extremely helpful. I was having trouble with the clasp on my bracelet and she looked it up and made an exchange. She took her time and was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated all her help!

On Thursday, January 6, I learned the new Valentine's Day collection arrived online as well as in store. I want to look at the new charms in person. The sales associate that assisted me gave excellent customer service and she was patient when I was deciding on which charms to purchase that day. Overall, I had a great experience with her. I will most likely visit the Greenwood, Indiana Pandora location in the future.

The associate, Leslie, was welcoming, pleasant, and very helpful in addressing our issue. Even though this was a return and no dale eas likely she was thorough and patient addressing ootions.
