Lindsey was so great at the Greenwood store! She was attentive as soon as I walked in. She stopped what she was doing to assist me. She answered all my question before I customized my engraving charm. She was sociable and pleasant. She was amazing and glad she was there to assist me with my charms and bracelets!

Alex helped me find a perfect charm and bracelet for my girlfriend. She even helped me pick the correct size and engrave the bracelet for little added cost. She loved the gifts.

My husband bought me a bracelet to surprise me with. However, when he gave it to me, I felt it was too big. We decided to exchange it for a smaller size and pandora had no problem assisting us with this.
