Pandora wins again! I walked in and the store was busy to the point that all the employees were busy but Genesis came in a and helped me out. My girlfriend had lost an earring so I had to explain what the ear ring looked like and she was able to narrow it down to the one I needed. I gave her very little details which could be frustrating but she kept her composure!
