I was satisfied with the Greenwood Mall Pandora location because I was assisted immediately, I was able to chose the items I wanted and my bracelet was cleaned for me and I was out of the store in less than 30minutes.

Associate quickly found what I was looking for. She also checked me out really quickly. She was kind and friendly and easy to talk to.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the door by Bethanie. She was a super positive and welcoming employee. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately retrieved the selection for me to choose from. Bethanie suggested getting the bracelet set that had the clips to keep the charm from sliding around on the bracelet. I told her I was looking for a cat charm to put on the bracelet for my friend who loves cats. She showed me a the different charms available. She made my shopping experience easy and fast. What GREAT customer service. Bethanie is definitely an asset to your company!

Bethanie was amazing! To begin with, I had a Pandora ring that had a stone missing that I was wearing and it is my favorite ring, while I was shopping for a new one she noticed and replaced the old one free of charge! I was so surprised and thankful. She was so sweet and helpful. I shop at pandora often and if I could have her help me every time I would!!
