Pandora Jewelry

This is the only store of three in the Indianapolis area that is stocked with the items I wanted to purchase. It's also the only store of the three that had staff that didn't make me feel like I was taking up their time. One of the steff ladies was even so excited when I agreed to her offer to arrange my new beads onto my new bracelet with the older beads I'd brought in. They were also the only store to tell me about the survey--I was very appreciative and very disappointed to find out I could have surveyed two other recent purchases if the CSR had mentioned it to me instead of just placing the receipts in the bag. But Like I said, at that store, it seemed like I was an inconvenience.

The employees are very nice friendly and respectful

I walked right in the store the store associate asked me if I needed help, I told her what I was looking for she was very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with her... I love Pandora and I will be back!

Maria was very nice and friendly. She was very sweet and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back to shop at this Pandora location again. I hope she can assist me each time. She needs a raise.

Customer service friendly helpful

The associate was very polite and helpful. I was greeted by all 3 amongst walking in the store. The associate was very patient and giving me charm ideas.

Clean friendly environment. I was in and out quickly which I like because I was on my lunch break. I also liked that she didn’t try to push other products on me.

The sales associate was very helpful. She worked with my daughter to pick out a couple rings. My daughter felt as ease with her and the sale rep let her take all the time my daughter needed.

I'm in love with Rose gold. They had an awesome selection. Rose gold has been hard for me to find.
