The sales associate was really nice, very helpful and friendly. Although the other staff members wasnt addicting me they was friendly as well and held conversation with me as well.

The people were super nice! And the prices were great! And the new products that came out are just so beautiful! I love everything about the location and prices along with the store.

My sales lady Kourtney was so amazing and helpful pick out the right charms and she even saved me 10% for signing up for Pandora preferred card. I’ll definitely be coming to greenwood location more often with all their amazing associates, and to even save is a plus.thank you greenwood ladies ❤️

I went to Pandora at Castleton and they treated me poorly, they didn't have any of the products I needed. So I went to Pandora at Greenwood Park Mall, I don't know where to start, they were amazing. Natalie M and Elise were angels, they treated me so nice, they knew every product and where it was. They also told me about their Pandora Card and all of the benefits of being a member. I applied, got approved, and got 10% off my purchases. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully, Natalie and Elise are there to help me pick more charms.

I have been to one other pandora in the indianapolis area and they were not as nice as the one in greenwood. I came in looking for a certain ring and the associate showed it to me right away and also showed me how to stack it with others. I ended up spending more then I thought I would but was not mad at all because the service was amazing, I was offered a pandora card and they were taking precautions for the pandemic. Elise was a great associate and I will be returning and asking for her again! The greenwood pandora is my new favorite pandora and I will be shopping there more often. Thank you so much everyone at greenwood.

I was overall satisfied with my visit at pandora because of the merchandise itself is beautiful. Another reason I was satisfied with Pandora I love the atmosphere of the store I feel like a Queen and or a princess. I also like the message it sends when you receive this product.

I have been to castleton and keystone and they treated me poorly. They wouldn’t even greet me or acknowledge me and then ended up sending me to Greenwood. The Greenwood store was incredible. And Elise was knowledgeable and made me feel like she was a friend helping me shop! I will 100% be returning to this store for all future purchases!
