I was highly satisfied with the care that is taken within the customer service side of pandora. I came in with an issue with previous product without an expectation that anything could be done about it and the associate helping me when above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Angie form Greenwood will be the reason that I will keep purchasing pandora products.

I want to start with saying that when I went to your Greenwood location the employees by the names of Kenna, Natalie and Mariah assisted me. I had made it there like 3 minutes before closing and I realized that I had left my wallet at home and my drive there was a 30 minute commute. These ladies were patient with me and allowed me to call my bank and set up my Apple Pay so that I could still make my transaction. I called in to tell the store manager about how great they were to me and the manager Angie was just as nice! I told her that people are quick to call in and complain about bad customer service but they never take the time to call in to let someone know about the good service that they experienced.

Kenna was amazing! She was super sweet and kind. She found 2 clips that helped bring color to my bracelet and she helped me find some earrings for my son’s girlfriend. Her birthday is coming up and Kenna suggested getting her earrings because they were the easiest gift to give!

I was able to find what I wanted at a decent price. I also even got my bracelet cleaned for the first time for free!!

I was looking for a specific item and the sales associate provided it. I also inquired about other merchandise and the associate was very helpful. Mariah J was very helpful
