Jolene was very helpful with the pieces that she showed me, I went in looking for a particular charm, they didn't have it but I found one I liked and I purchased that one instead.

The sales associate was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the sales items. I expressed concern with the size of the bracelet and she ordered me a smaller bracelet in store and gave me a free one year warranty as well.

When we arrived we didn’t have any of the police state mask. The sales associate Kenna promptly produced 2 for my wife and myself. She made the visit a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could for this old man to make great choices for my daughters birthday gift. My wife’s is coming up so I’ll be back shortly
