I went into this store to exchange something I bought at another store before COVID closed every store. I did not expect the exceptional service and how attentive the sales person would be in trying to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

The ladies in this location are very friendly and helpful

Joleen and one other sweet young lady has been assisting me with building my charm bracelet. They josh were so sweet and all ears when explaining my story behind my bracelet. Both lady were very content helping me find exactly what I need. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I can’t wait to go back and get two more charms.

The pandora employee that helped out was very kind, funny and easy going. I was very satisfied with her assistance and the merchandise I bought. I definitely see myself going back and adding more charms!

Awesome customer service

The sales associate was friendly and helpful. She was also knowledgeable in the product. Letting us know what they were going to get in stock soon and had told us what it looked like. She even made sure that I got a catalog so that I can see all of the products that are out there. I also appreciate the other sales associate that was there. She made sure that the other customers that came in had a mask on for the safety of others.
