Called in to see if a they had a charm that had a clock on it and was told there weren't any. Sales associate assisted in finding something similar. She asked questions concerning what the charm was to represent and made me feel like she really cared about our situation. When I came to purchase she had charm ready and waiting. She was just as sweet and sincere in person as she was on the phone. Two other associates were kind and friendly as well.
