I went in looking for help with my bracelet and wanting advice about different clasps. Michelle M. was very helpful and even showed me her bracelet as an example of one I was interested in. She also easily found the charms I was looking for. Service was prompt and efficient.

I was greeted and waited on immediately upon enter the store. The service was quick and efficient. They boxed and wrapped my gifts.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was, not just straight to what can I help you with. I was taken straight to what I was asking for and was able to try on different sizes of bracelets before purchasing. Which is great because I know I will not have to take it back, because I like the fit.

We needed gifts for 3 people and had little idea what we wanted to do. Amber was very helpful and willing to spend time with us showing us options to help figure it out and was very patient. She went above and beyond to help make this a pleasant experience.

Mikaley was my salesperson and she was not only super helpful and friendly but she was so patient and persistent and made me feel more welcome than i have ever felt ever in a store. i will definitely be shopping at pandora jewelry a lot more in the future!
