The sales rep's I've dealt with always assist in what I'm looking for. They also show suggestions when purchasing a special charm as a gift. Also willing to clean any items I am wearing at the time. My only wish is that I could return or exchange outside of 14 days.

Eddie was so helpful in helping me pick out a pair of earrings that would suit me well for my upcoming spring break trip. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely return and hope that he helps me out once again!
