I am highly satisfied with my experience at this Pandora story because of my sales associate, Angie. She made my experience enjoyable. She was kind, funny, extremely helpful and made my experience worth coming back. She picked up on my style very quickly and made suggestions that were great for me. She never pushed anything on me- which I appreciate immensely in a sales person. She was extremely personable. I did come back to return a a ring that I wasn't as in love with it when I got home as when I left the store- especially for the price. When I got to the store, Angie was present, and completely understood and helped me find exactly what I really wanted. I have recommended multiple people to go to this Pandora store and buy from Angie because she made that great of an impact on me and made me feel not just like one of her customers, but more like a close friend. She should be recognized for her natural ability to sale and being a kind person. I believe she is a valued member of your team.

I am new to Pandora and purchased the wrong size bracelet while on vacation. I had my receipt and the exchange was promptly made. Plus, I saw the current offer, loved the jewelry case so I purchased another bracelet I had my eye on, a charm and the care kit. Very helpful and cheerful sales person.

Sales rep assisted in finding the addition to existing rings for different look that I ended up loving. I do suggest additional color options in earring gems and larger ring sizes in more styles.
