Because the employees are very helpful, they know the merchandise and if what I want is not in stock they will order it for me and call when it comes in.

One thing that I love the most about this visit was the availability of the the sales associate. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I was relatively difficult to deal with especially when I had so many options, but she helped me out by offering me her perspectives without pushing me. Besides that, the merchandise that I was looking for was available and easily located, which made me super happy. Lastly, I like the fact that I was not being pressured to purchase anything, and I was treated very nicely even though I was dressed super well that day. Great job, Pandora!

/The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. On both visits for presents, they were helpful in keeping within a budget and creative suggestions.

I did the research online and found the item I wanted. The item was clearly displayed in the store. The item I purchased already had a 5 star rating and was even more gorgeous in person. I plan to return to add more stackable rings.
