I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The sales associates were friendly, welcoming and made us feel welcomed. The associates knew exactly where the items we wanted were located. We never felt pressured at all while browsing the display cases.

Courtesy from saleswomen was top notch. Friendly atmosphere.

Over experience was very good. Staff was on there game at a very busy time of year and had me takin care of and on my way in a reasonable time.

THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY. THE ASSOCIATE KNEW THE MERCHANDISE WELL. I DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURED TO PURCHASE.

The staff were engaging, but not overwhelming. They were knowledgeable about the products they were selling and very helpful identifying what we were looking for. They were also patient as we struggled to make a decision on what to purchase.

The friendliness of the associate ( manager I believe ) who remembered us from before and was genuinely interested in why we were there and was super helpful in finding the appropriate charm!!

I come from a small town and the store that is around me doesn't have a lot of charms to chose from so I was very pleased to be able to see all the jewelry that was there to chose from and I will be back.
