The sales associate was very patient as she showed me several charms. Once I made my final selections she was so kind to assist me in putting the charms on my bracelet and also a safety chain that I had no clue how to put on. Thanks Tristen for your help!

I simply love my bracelet and needed new charms. We received an email stating there was a 40% sale. Now, I’ll be honest, your sales often confuse me as to what is covered in the sale, I’m happy to say not this time. Our salesperson was able to assist and update and clean my bracelet

The sales person was very friendly and helpful. She showed me things to go with the things I was already looking at.

We had great service. Everyone was kind and eager to help. All of our questions were answered well.

Abigail was VERY helpful and kind! She was also patient as it took me a while to decide on what to buy. She was knowledgeable about the merchandise and the pricing of each item. If she didn't know something she would ask or look the item up in the book.

We wanted to see the new pieces and the sales clerks were very knowledgeable about them. They made suggestions about which ones would look best with what I already had. My Mother has large knuckles and needs a larger size ring, they helped her find just the right one.

I feel like it took about 7 min waiting for someone to attend me. There was only 2 girls working at the time until someone came out from the back.

The sales person was rude and was acting like she really didn’t want to help us

i buy charms as gifts. the Greenwood store can NEVER print a receipt any time i'm there. i would like printed receipt to have for the person i'm giving gift to... frustrating!!

I got to store on time and it wasn't open . The SA came to the door and explained she was only one there and was waiting on a coworker to get there. She said it wouldn't be any longer then 10 mins well almost 30 mins later the store opened. I am unsure why she was waiting for help because the girl that did get there knew nothing about items I wanted to look at. She was a blonde girl and all she could do was smile and said she was knew. It was the 1st day of the buy 2 get 1 sale so it looks like they would of had their best SAS on the floor. I do plan on getting a few more charms but thinking of just going online. I feel bad leaving this bad feed back because normally your SAS are amazing.
