I did not say I was not satisfied. I have a charm on my bracelet that was stripped. I could not get the charm off my bracelet and neither could the representative. I ended up buying an extra charm to get me to the limit needed to get a free bracelet. Because the charm is stripped, I was limited to the bracelets I could get. I love my purchase but I did not intend to spend as much as I did.

The original charm I wanted wasn't in stock. The bracelet I selected wasn't my first choice.

Beautiful store not crowded or over whelming to shop. Online was a breeze. Only thing GPS was a little confusing due to store being located inside the mall.

I hate that my bracelet is too large and an exchange wasn't allowed since it was past 30 days even though it was a gift. There was also a kink in the bracelet so obviously someone else had already returned since I had never worn it. I called before driving all the way to the store and I was told the return was possible, and then they told me I couldn't return it, so not that happy about Pandora. My bracelet is basically useless since it almost falls off my hand.

My experience was not any different than walking into any other place. I would not say any of the sales associates were high performers or overly friendly. We were not greeted by any sales associate when entered.
