Was forced to wear a mask to shop. No others stores in the mall are requiring masks and the mask mandate has been lifted.

The helpfulness and knowledge of the sales rep. The quality of the merchandise. There were so many pretty items to choose from

I checked online to see if the store had an item i wanted and online said the store had the item, but when i got there they didn't have it.

I feel that the associate could have mentioned the upcoming promotion deal.

The sales associate was very kind and welcoming. The selection of charms was wonderful. The store was clean and beautiful.

I only had to do a pick up order and I was waiting in line for over an hour. During the pickup while in store they had messed up the order and then when the bracelet was tried on the clasp wouldn't close so we exchanged for a different one but still had to pay the different though they were the problem.

I was very satisfied with the experience, the lady was very complimentary and was able to show us the rings in the sizes we wanted. I went in knowing the ring I wanted, but I bought a completely different one with I love. I didn't learn until later there was a matching necklace and earrings. Next time I go to the mall, I plan to complete the set. The lady kept trying to have me accept a job, which was really funny.

The free bangle is not avail. but they will offer you othet bracelet but the problem is 2 diffirent bracelet only that you will pick no othet option, Then i did not bring my pandora credit card with me the associate ask me to right it my whole social number in the paper and she will go to the inside or the back door office which is kinda scary usually before i will type it infront of the cashier .

The sales associate just seemed like she wanted to just leave sort of. Also didn’t seem like she loved her just and wasn’t very talkative or helpful when I was indecisive..

The selection of what i I was looking for was very limited. The rose gold charm options are very impersonal and lack life significance. I would also love to see Pandora start selling Greek charms.
