I had a great experience while working with Kenna at the Pandora store in Greenwood, IN. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful when she assisted me during my visit. She was able to find and show me the charms I was looking for before I came into the store.

The items available in the store vs online are different. The ring I wanted wasn’t in stock in the store so I decided on another ring which also wasn’t in stock in my size. Unable to browse all charms without asking many times

One item I was looking for it was sold out

Everyone was very helpful with what I was looking for. She was even willing to order the T spacer for me to come back and pick up . I just brought my daughter a bracelet today for her birthday

There were several items that were out of stock in the store. There was no real hand sanitizer. Just bottles with what appeared to be alcohol.

I was highly satisfied because the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the store. The precautions were excellent

Overall it was a good experience. The sales associate was new so she wasn’t aware of where all of the clips were. I was limited with what I could shop for. After I purchased my clip I walked around the store and saw more items that I was interested in. At that time I exchanged my original purchase
