Charm i was looking was not available or that location didnt carry. The overall price of these tiny charms is highly and extremely high for others. The writing or print is to small also to make out details on alot of your charms

There is always room for improvement. Both the store and the staff were in good order. Store associates were very helpful, polite, and courteous. Alex (Alexandria M) was able to find all the items on my wishlist quickly and get my order checked out in a timely fashion.

The wait took forever. People were cutting in front of everyone and nothing was done. The system for credit cards was down so it took forever for payments to process

Unable to just purchase a polishing cloth. Have to buy a whole kit with brush and keychain and already have that.

I was not able to find exactly what I was looking for. However, was able to find a nice gift. The sales associate was just okay. Usually when I make a purchase there is a little chit chat but with her it seemed awkward.

I chose to purchase a safety chain for an iconic bracelet. The price on the safety chain was $45. When the sales associate looked it up in the book it was $50. Normally when something is mis-tagged the sales associate will match the tagged price. She said she could not. My daughter was in love with this safety chain so I reluctantly purchased it anyway.
